Can I bring someone with me?

Of course — but we do recommend bringing just one guest with you. As a small, home-based studio, this allows maximum space for you to move comfortably and try on your dresses without feeling crowded.

Where are you based?

We are based in Maidstone, ME15. As a home-based business, we aren’t accessible to the public in the same way as a high street store. Once your appointment is booked, we’ll contact you a few days beforehand to confirm your visit and provide full address and arrival details.

 

Do you offer Saturday appointments?

Yes, we do offer Saturday appointments, but they book up very quickly. We also have other work commitments, so  recommend booking as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.
The benefit of being home-based means we can also offer some evening appointments for added flexibility.

What dresses do you have?

Our stock is a handpicked, curated collection, and each dress is held exclusively. This doesn’t mean we are the only boutique to ever stock that design — it means we don’t carry multiple sizes in every style or colour. Each dress is selected as a one-off, so once it’s gone… it’s truly gone!

How do I know what you currently have in stock?

The best way to keep up with our latest arrivals is to follow our social media pages, where we regularly share new dresses and highlights from our collection. You’re also very welcome to get in touch directly, and we’ll happily let you know what we currently have that might suit your style and size.

Are all your dresses preloved?

Our stock comes from a variety of sources — including dresses previously worn by brides, ex-sample gowns, and dresses that are new (with or without tags) from other bridal stores. Every gown is carefully chosen for quality, condition and beauty.

Do you have larger sizes?

Because our dresses are uniquely held, our size range varies at any given time. However, we always aim to keep a selection of gowns in a range of sizes. Please do get in touch to ask what we currently have available, or take a look at our social media for recent arrivals.

Do you buy dresses directly from brides?

We don’t purchase dresses privately, and we don’t sell dresses on behalf of brides. Wedding dresses are a significant investment, and understandably sellers hope to achieve the best possible return. However, margins in preloved bridal are very narrow, and as a small business we’re unable to sustainably operate by purchasing dresses directly from individuals.
