Working with us
Team Catwalk provides a styled, story-led bridal showcase designed to bring gowns to life in a way that feels authentic, inclusive and emotionally engaging.

Our showcases are not traditional high-production runway shows. Instead, we create an intimate, atmospheric experience that allows brides to see how dresses truly move, feel and shine on real women.
What we provide
Each Team Catwalk showcase includes:

• A curated team of approximately 6 models
• Professional hair and makeup styling
• A professional photographer capturing the showcase
• Dress styling, fittings and coordination
• Choreographed runway presentation
• A small wardrobe and coordination team
• Pre-event planning and venue walk-through
• Social media content opportunities before, during and after the event

Our aim is to create a feature moment within your event that draws attention, holds an audience and creates meaningful visual impact.
Venue & Event Requirements
To ensure the showcase runs smoothly and professionally, we require the following:

Pre-Event
​
• A site visit prior to the event to assess space, lighting and logistics
• Access to the venue the evening before to set up and carry out final fittings
​
Backstage Area
​
A suitable preparation space must be provided that:
• Is close to the runway area
• Has adequate lighting
• Has heating
• Provides privacy screening
• Has electricity access for hair and makeup equipment
• Can accommodate:

Approx. 6 models

Hair & makeup artists
-
Small wardrobe team
-
Hanging rails
On the Day
​
• Venue access from 7:30/8:00am, or a minimum of 3 hours before
event opening, to allow time for hair and makeup
• Light refreshments for the team
